Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN strongly preferred.
• License/Certification: Registered Nurse licensed in MA or NH; BLS; specialty certifications preferred (CHPN, OCN, BMTCN, CPHON, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Participates in day-to-day program operations including patient education and call triage.
• Contributes to program evaluation and strategic goal development.
• Supports QA/QI projects and research activities within the program.
• Provides expert clinical care and engages in collaborative decision making with patients and families.
