Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN strongly preferred.
• Experience: Oncology Nursing residency or 1 year RN in ambulatory/oncology.
• Licensure: MA RN license; BLS; certifications preferred.
• Evidence-based practice; strong communication; teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assumes nursing care for a defined group of patients within the program, including assessment, education, coordination, and documentation.
• Participates in program evaluation and development of strategic goals.
• Delivers expert clinical care through evidence-based practice with patients, families and colleagues.
• Acts as primary nursing contact for care within the physician practice setting.
