Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN strongly preferred.
• Experience: ONN or 1 year RN; ambulatory/oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in day-to-day operations of the program including patient education and call triage.
• Participates in program evaluation and development of strategic goals.
• Supports QA/QI projects for the program.
• Assists with research activities of the program.
• Delivers expert clinical care through evidenced-based practice with patients and families.
• Assumes nursing care responsibilities for a defined group of patients within the program.
