Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead clinical services and daily operations of the department. You will oversee RN staff, budgeting, HR aspects, and quality assurance to deliver patient- and family-centered care.

The role requires RN licensure in Washington (or eligible multistate license with WA residency within 60 days) and a Bachelor’s in Nursing; a Master’s in healthcare or business is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license (WA) or multistate license (MSL); WA residency within 60 days of hire.”
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control clinic operations and services.
• Supervise Registered Nurse and support staff; hiring and performance evaluations.
• Ensure safe patient care environment and equipment; enforce procedures.
• Manage department budget and financial metrics; cost-efficiencies.
• Collaborate with medical leaders and partner institutions to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Support customer service goals and quality initiatives aligned with strategic plan.
• Analyze patient feedback and implement improvements.
