Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required or equivalent experience.
• Washington RN license or MSL with WA as PRoR within 60 days.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork.
• Proficiency with standard office software and clinical information systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control clinic services and operations.
• Supervise RN and support staff; hire, evaluate, train and discipline as needed.
• Ensure a safe environment and compliance with procedures.
• Oversee budget and financial metrics; align with quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with medical leaders and partner institutions to deliver high-quality care.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care and continuous improvement.
