Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong focus on education and staff development. You will lead onboarding, continuous education, and evidence-based practices while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and safety.

The role includes direct RN patient care, participation in committees, and ongoing training in oncology protocols.

Qualifikationen

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Current Washington State RN license or multi-state license (MSL) with WA as home state within 60 days.
BLS/ACLS or equivalent required; renewal every 2 years.
CITI Training in Good Clinical Practice and Human Subjects Research within 6 months of hire.
Oncology/NMT experience or training with potential orientation provided.

Aufgaben

Plan, develop, and facilitate new hire orientation curriculum.
Support professional growth and development for frontline staff.
Act as unit-based education resource and policy developer.
Provide direct patient care in RN capacity as needed.
Collaborate with leadership to set goals and measure outcomes.
Serve as a consultant for EHR improvement and optimization.
