Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current WA RN license or multistate license; MSL residence WA within 60 days.
• Oncology experience is welcomed and training provided if needed.
• BLS certification and renewal every two years.
• CITI Good Clinical Practice and Human Subjects Research training within 6 months.
• ONS Chemotherapy Provider Card within 6 months if unit requires.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and clinical judgement.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Multidisciplinary coordination and effective communication.
• Curriculum/policy development and teaching talents.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and facilitate new hire orientation curriculum.
• Support staff development through classes, demonstrations, and resources.
• Serve as unit education resource and promote evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals and drive process improvements.
• Provide direct patient care in RN capacity as needed.
