• BLS AHA or equivalent; renewals every 2 years.
• Oncology experience or training provided on hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and facilitate new hire orientation curriculum.
• Support professional growth for frontline staff via resources and classes.
• Function as unit-based education resource and promote evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals and measure outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care in an RN capacity when needed.
