Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a health care or health care scheduling position required.
• 1 year relevant experience with high school diploma, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with patient registration, scheduling, and records management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and act as first contact for patients and care teams.
• Collect and review referrals and medical records prior to initial visits.
• Enter insurance information and register new patient accounts in Epic.
• Identify additional services needed and coordinate with care team.
• Attend patient review meetings and communicate outcomes.
