Hackensack Meridian Health seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to deliver patient-centered care within a coordinated model. You will lead clinical practice, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and contribute to research and ethical decision-making in hematology contexts, with Myeloma experience preferred.

The role requires NP licensure in NJ, prescriptive authority, and board certification (AANP/ANCC), along with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited nursing program.
• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education and clinical practice.
• Experience in a relevant patient care setting (or as regulations dictate).
• National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Prescriptive authority through CDS and DEA registration according to New Jersey state law.
• Collaborative agreement with physicians on staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Responsabilités

• The APN utilizes a patient-centered coordinated care model, demonstrating competencies in leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision-making.
• The APN works collaboratively with the practice/hospital team to assess, plan, and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs.
