The NP will provide patient-centered care, lead symptom management, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to assess, plan, and implement care for patients with complex health and safety needs. Qualifications
- Must hold Master’s or Doctorate in NLN/AACN accredited NP program.
- Current NJ Registered Nurse license (RN).
- Current NJ Advanced Practice Nurse license (APN).
- National NP board certification (AANP or ANCC).
- Prescriptive authority in NJ (CDS and DEA).
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered, palliative/hospice care.
- Collaborate with practice/hospital team to assess, plan, and implement care.
- Demonstrate leadership, coaching, and ethical decision-making in care delivery.
- Maintain and advance clinical competencies through ongoing education and practice.
