GlaxoSmithKline in the US seeks a Manager of Medical Insights (Oncology) to lead analytic initiatives for oncology; you will synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights and partner with Medical Affairs leadership across US programs. You will guide primary market research, champion analytic methods, and coordinate cross-functional reviews with Global Medical to share key US findings.

Location is Durham, NC or Philadelphia, PA; the role emphasizes AI and advanced analytics, data

Qualifications

5-8 years' analytics/insights experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree in healthcare.
BA/BS in applied quantitative sciences or related field.
Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Medical Field preferred; oncology background ideal.

Responsabilités

Develop deep understanding of oncology disease areas, products, and competitive landscape.
Synthesize findings from multiple sources into actionable customer insights.
Lead primary market research design and execution for key medical insights questions.
Champion insight approaches and analytic methods to influence decision-making.
Lead cross-functional US medical insights reviews and collaborate with Global Medical.
Build trust and partnerships within Oncology Medical Affairs and the Medical Analytics team.
