GSK is seeking a Manager of Medical Insights (Oncology) in the US to lead an analytics‑driven effort across oncology. You will synthesize complex data into insights for Medical Affairs leadership and partner with cross‑functional teams to inform asset strategy, evidence generation, trial design, and lifecycle planning.

You will drive primary research design, integrate quantitative and qualitative findings, and champion advanced analytics and GenAI‑enabled insight generation while ensuring data

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ analytics/insights experience (3+ years in healthcare) applying analytics for business decisions
• 3+ years with an advanced degree (including 2 years in healthcare)
• MBA, MS, or MA in applied quantitative sciences (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Synthesize findings from multiple sources into actionable US oncology customer insights
• Lead primary market research design and execution for priority oncology areas
• Champion insight approaches and analytic methods to influence decision‑making
• Coordinate cross‑functional reviews and share US findings with Global Medical teams
