Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD with oncology clinical or scientific experience.
• 5+ years in medical affairs, clinical development, or related oncology roles.
• Experience leading global medical strategies and evidence plans.
• Strong understanding of trial design and global study operations.
• Proven ability to engage external experts and plan congress activities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of the global medical affairs plan for oncology.
• Drive above-country medical activities such as advisory boards and congress strategy.
• Engage external experts, patients, payers, and regulators to shape strategy.
• Collaborate with R&D to design global studies and review investigator proposals.
• Support brand and launch planning with medical input to local teams.
• Provide medical governance and ensure accuracy and compliance of materials.
