Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking an US Oncology Forecasting Manager to lead forecasting for in-line and launching oncology assets. Location options include RTP/Durham, Philadelphia, and Waltham with high visibility and cross-functional partnership across Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

The role requires strong quantitative and qualitative skills, stakeholder management, and a track record in forecasting within the pharma/biotech industry.

Qualifications

• We are seeking professionals with strong forecasting and analytics background.
• Experience collaborating across a matrix environment in pharma/biotech.
• Proficiency with Excel modeling and presenting with PowerPoint.
• Oncology or specialty therapy knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain US oncology forecast for launches and indications.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor landscape, and forecast assumptions.
• Support inline assets with financial and manufacturing volume forecasts.
• Present forecast assumptions and risks to management levels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Insights, Supply, Finance, and Global Oncology.
