Job summary

Genmab is seeking an Associate Director of Business Insights & Analytics in the U.S. to lead data analytics for the Oncology market. You will partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Field, and Commercial leadership to turn complex data into actionable insights that shape strategy and drive performance.

You will develop KPIs, dashboards, and scalable data products, and oversee offshore resources to deliver reproducible analyses and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, statistics, data science, economics, or related field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial analytics or healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. brand analytics, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.
• Develop, govern, and evolve commercial KPIs and dashboards.
• Translate analyses into clear recommendations for marketing, medical affairs, and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align analytics with business priorities.
• Drive scalable data products, automated reporting, and self‑service analytics.
• Manage offshore analytics resources and ensure reproducible solutions.
• Support annual brand planning, launch readiness, and strategic reviews.
• Independently conduct analyses and communicate actionable insights.
