Job summary

GSK is seeking an Oncology Forecasting Manager to lead US Forecast development for launching assets and ongoing in-line products. You will partner with Finance, Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and Supply Chain to build robust forecast models and communicate assumptions to senior leadership.

The role demands strong quantitative skills, stakeholder management, and a track record in pharmaceutical forecasting.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in life science or with a quantitative focus in business, finance, statistics, economics, or any related fields.
• 5+ years in forecasting, commercial analytics, commercial finance, or BD functions in pharmaceutical/biotech industry or relevant consulting experience.
• Experience with forecasting models and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with stakeholders, develop, document, and maintain US Forecast for Oncology launching asset(s) and indication(s), including launch planning support.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor product landscape and competitive positioning as part of US Forecast development.
• Support inline Oncology assets to update and maintain financial and manufacturing volume forecasts.
• Develop, document and present US Forecast, assumptions, opportunities and risks to multiple management levels.
• Collaborate with Oncology Business Unit and enterprise teams; support senior management requests.
