Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Code with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS for oncology services.
• Review provider documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Submit clean claims and reduce denials.
• Investigate and resolve claim denials and appeals.
• Conduct infusion billing audits and document drug usage/waste.
• Identify coding trends and payer risk, suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and finance teams.
• Serve as SME for coding and payer requirements.
• Assist patients with billing questions with professionalism.
