Job summary

Daymark Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead virtual oncology care for a remote nationwide patient panel. You will deliver evidence-based cancer care, symptom management, and care navigation as part of a multidisciplinary team on a fully remote model with East Coast hours.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA delivering direct clinical care to patients.
• Oncology NP experience required; Oncology Nursing Society certification a plus.
• Rhode Island licensure or application in progress; willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual clinical care on demand, including assessments, placing orders, documenting, and communicating with PCPs and oncologists.
• Serve as escalation partner for market care team via phone, text, or video.
• Support the broader care team's capacity by handling panel reviews and related clinical work.
