Job summary

Merck is seeking a Learning Consultant to partner with management, shaping learning strategy and plans to drive business outcomes. You will assess talent needs, build capability, and deploy learning solutions across oncology products with cross-functional teams.

You will measure program effectiveness using dashboards and analytics, manage assets in LMS and planning platforms, and collaborate with training teams to reinforce learning and demonstrate impact on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years related experience (4 years with Master’s).
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Learning Partners and stakeholders to identify performance needs and align with commercial priorities.
• Deploy and manage learning curricula across oncology products and audiences.
• Develop, maintain, and organize learning assets and program tracking tools using Excel and LMS platforms.
• Evaluate learner engagement and program effectiveness through reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Training teams to support reinforcement activities and measure impact.
• Implement reinforcement strategies and learning interventions to improve retention.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure learning initiatives align with evolving goals.
