Job summary

MSD is seeking a Learning Consultant to partner with business leaders and shape development plans that drive outcomes. You’ll design and implement learning solutions, measure impact with data, and collaborate across functions to keep programs aligned with commercial goals.

Responsibilities include deploying curricula across oncology products, developing assets, and using dashboards to inform improvements while supporting reinforcement and adoption initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience (4 years with Master’s degree).
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Learning Partners and stakeholders to identify performance needs and align with priorities.
• Deploy and manage learning curricula, communications, and resources across multiple oncology products and customer-facing audiences.
• Develop, maintain, and organize learning assets, templates, and program tracking tools using Excel, internal planning platforms and LMS.
• Evaluate learner engagement and program effectiveness through standardized reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Training teams to support reinforcement activities, monitor learning adoption, and measure business impact.
• Implement knowledge reinforcement strategies, assessments, and learning interventions that improve retention and on-the-job application.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure learning initiatives remain aligned with evolving organizational goals and customer needs.
