Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN.
• If no BSN, enrollment in a BSN program within 6 months of hire and completion within 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation and coordination of care for patients and families.
• Accountable for clinical, educational, quality and fiscal patient care outcomes.
• Adheres to Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing rules and agency policies.
