Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking an Hem/Onc Infusion Nurse/Triage/Multi-D clinic with a minimum of 1 year of oncology experience. The role involves direct patient care, assessment, planning, intervention, and coordination of care across the continuum, in accordance with department standards and MA Board of Nursing regulations.

Applicants must have a BSN (or be enrolled in a BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete within 36 months).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN; if no BSN, enrollment in BSN within 6 months and completion within 36 months.
• Current MA RN licensure in good standing.
• BLS certification; ACLS may be required for some units.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care including assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation and care coordination.
• Deliver chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration and IV access/port management.
• Adhere to Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing rules and department standards.
• Maintain records and participate in quality improvement activities.
