Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• RN licensure required (BLS/CPR as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly reassess plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective teamwork.
• Document patient information and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
