AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a registered nurse with oncology experience to join our team. You will perform and document procedures, obtain nursing histories, conduct admissions assessments, and monitor patient progress in a high-acuity oncology unit.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Oncology experience required.
• Knowledge of Radiation Oncology clinical pathways.
• PACU and Pre-/Post-Anesthesia knowledge required.
• Team player with strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents all procedures and assessments per policy.
• Obtains nursing history and complete admission assessments.
• Evaluates patient status and education needs.
• Administers treatments and verifies physician orders.
• Assesses and monitors patient progress and safety.
