Job summary

AdventHealth Orlando is seeking an experienced RN to support research operations in the oncology setting. You will manage documentation, educate patients and families on protocols, and coordinate a team of staff to ensure timely, high-quality results in a busy research environment.

Responsibilities

Schedule: 0645-1730 four 10 hr shifts per week with floating day off.
Manage electronic documentation and patient data in the research setting.
Educate patients and families about research protocols.
Coordinate work of support staff, laboratory technicians and assistants.
Ensure adherence to research protocols and documentation standards.
Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs per protocol
