Job summary

Endeavor Health's Niles Infusion Clinic seeks an experienced Oncology Infusion Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced setting. You will perform infusion procedures, assess patients, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective treatment.

You will educate patients and families, support treatment days, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Shifts vary Mon-Fri with some weekends; per diem availability provides flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1 year RN experience required; oncology/infusion preferred.
• Current IL RN licensure and BLS/CPR required.
• Willing to obtain OCN/ONS certification if not held.

Responsibilities

• Develops and evaluates plan of care for infusion patients.
• Performs nursing duties with patient and family education.
• Collaborates with physicians and team to ensure outcomes.
• Provides infection control and HIPAA compliant care.
• Assists with contrast administration and IV management as needed.
