Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced Oncology Infusion Nurse for the Niles Infusion Clinic in Niles, IL. The per diem Level 2 role: 73-110 hours per 6-week schedule, shifts 7am-3:30pm or 9am-5:30pm, with occasional weekends/holidays, providing compassionate care in a dynamic infusion setting.

You will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborate with physicians and staff, and deliver education while ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient-centered communication.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 1 year RN experience required; 1 year oncology/infusion nursing preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required; OCN/ONS certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care across all patient populations.
• Develop and revise plans of care; monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Communicate plans of care clearly to patient, family, and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide patient education on disease management, treatment regimens, and safety.
