Endeavor Health is hiring a Staff Nurse for the Infusion Clinic at the Edward Hospital location in Naperville, IL. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, IL RN licensure, and a minimum of 1 year of RN experience with oncology/infusion preference. BLS/CPR certification is mandatory.

Expect a 40-hour work week, with daytime shifts and occasional float to nearby infusion clinics. The nurse will deliver safe, compassionate care, collaborate with clinicians, document patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1 year RN experience required; 1 year Oncology/Infusion nursing preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care to achieve expected outcomes.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises diagnoses and interventions as needed.
• Provides patient assessment and health data collection with patient, family, and care team.
• Communicates plan of care to patient and family, and to physician/interdisciplinary team.
• Provides patient and family teaching based on assessment.
• Assesses cultural background and learning needs; adapts teaching.
• Offers disease management education and information on emergency care.
• Identifies community resources to support self-management.
• Interacts with and supports peers and students; contributes to education.
• Delegates tasks as needed and fosters a compassionate environment.
