Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Edward Hospital Infusion Clinic in Naperville, IL. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with Monday–Friday shifts and options for 8 or 10 hours, including rotating weekend/holiday coverage from 9am–11am.

You will deliver compassionate nursing care, plan and reassess care plans, collaborate with physicians and the clinical team, and support education and patient self-management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1 year RN experience required; 1 year oncology/infusion nursing preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required; Illinois RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care to achieve expected outcomes.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises diagnoses and interventions as needed.
• Performs patient assessment, collects health data, and communicates care plans.
• Educates patient and family, respecting preferences and mutual goals.
• Assists with injection of contrast, venipuncture, drug administration, O2 therapy, and IV management.
• Supports performance improvement activities and clinical education.
