Job summary

Cleveland Clinic in West Palm Beach is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – Oncology to support infusion pharmacy operations, review orders, oversee preparation and compounding of oncology meds, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, education of students and staff, and the ability to adapt to varying schedules, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm shift and a sign-on bonus plus relocation support.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Completion of a immunization administration course or certification within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS or PALS Certification through the AHA upon or within one hire for responses to arrest events.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered and evidence-based pharmacy and medication services.
• Verify medication orders and dispense medications accurately according to regulations.
• Oversee preparation and compounding of oncology and infusion medications.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and the oncology care team to optimize patient care.
• Educate and train students, residents, and other caregivers in oncology pharmacotherapy.
• Ensure compliance with national accreditation standards for pharmacy operations.
