Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist - Oncology to support infusion pharmacy operations in West Palm Beach. The role focuses on reviewing orders, overseeing preparation of oncology medications, and collaborating with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Day shifts, 8:00am-4:30pm, with no weekends or holidays. Eligibility for a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement is included, reflecting the program's commitment to attracting top oncology

Qualifications

PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible within 90 days of hire.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Completion of an immunization administration course or certification within 90 days of hire.
ACLS or PALS certification required within hire for cardiopulmonary arrest events.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized pharmaceutical care for oncology patients receiving infusion therapies.
Review and verify medication orders and oversee preparation/dispensing of oncology medications.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses and clinical team to optimize patient care.
Ensure safe, accurate and compliant delivery of cancer therapies.
