Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Martin Health North campus in Stuart, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Oncology to join the inpatient infusion pharmacy team. The role compounds sterile and non-sterile preparations and collaborates with pharmacists and nursing staff.

You will work 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with no weekends, holidays or on-call, and a sign-on bonus up to $2,500. Florida-licensed technicians with CPhT and FBOP registration preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (minimum).
• Licensed in Florida as a Registered Pharmacy Technician.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) via PTCB or NHA.
• Active FBOP registration as Certified/Registered Technician or Trainee (must update to CPhT within 6 months if Trainee).
• Apprenticeship program opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medications including sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Deliver medications to storage locations accurately and timely.
• Maintain inventories and conduct cycle counts and inspections.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and document regulatory logs and training.
• Use information systems and automation to complete tasks.
• Assist with training of pharmacy caregivers and students.
