Job summary

Requirements include a BSN and CA RN license, with 5+ years of nursing experience and 1+ year in a supervisory role in ambulatory oncology. A 5/8 Mon–Fri schedule is typical; occasional variations apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license from California
• BART or BLS at time of hire with plan to obtain within 6 months
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year in charge/supervisory/management position in Ambulatory Oncology
• Demonstrated ability to supervise clinicians and manage complex workflows
• Knowledge to manage disaster incidents and problem solve with critical thinking
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Experience training and mentoring staff
• Knowledge of HR policies and employee performance management

Responsibilities

• Supervise infusion center nursing operations and staff
• Coordinate direct and indirect nursing interventions
• Plan, organize, and monitor nursing services and patient care units
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
