Qualifications

• Understanding of Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience, leadership experience preferred.
• Chemotherapy administration knowledge and related certification.
• Current California RN license and BLS certification.
• Ability to supervise and motivate nursing staff across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery of patient care in Infusion Center and Hematology Oncology.
• Ensure quality of nursing practice and standards of care; supervise staff.
• Coordinate responses to physician requests and services.
• Serve as clinical resource and foster safe patient care environment.
