Job summary

UCI Health is recruiting for a nurse leader to manage daily patient care in the Infusion Center and Hematology Oncology. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate with physicians, and model best practices to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualified candidates have a California RN license, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and chemotherapy administration experience; Oncology program background is preferred. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Joint Commission and regulatory requirements
• Strong customer service orientation with written and verbal English communication
• Experience with cancer programs
• Ability to supervise and motivate staff
• California RN license
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Chemotherapy administration experience

• Provide supervision and direction of nurse staff and coordinate physician requests.
• Serve as a clinical resource and ensure safe patient care through data review and controls
