Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Registered Nurse to join an interdisciplinary care team. The RN will perform assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation, and coordinate with specialists across oncology care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Washington State RN license or MSL with WA residency plan.
• Oncology/chemotherapy training or credentialing within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and treatments.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team for continuity.
• Administer chemotherapy/biotherapy and blood products.
• Provide patient/family education and support resources.
