Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Edward Hospital Infusion Clinic in Naperville, IL. The role delivers safe, compassionate care, planning and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the clinical team.

Requirements include a BSN, IL RN license, and BLS/CPR. Oncology/infusion experience is preferred; expect full-time hours with some travel to Plainfield as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Experience: 1 year of RN experience required; 1 year oncology/infusion nursing preferred.
• Licensure: Illinois RN license required, BLS/CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a plan of care to achieve expected outcomes.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises care plan as needed.
• Performs patient assessments and documents health data.
• Communicates plan of care to patient/family and to the medical team.
• Provides patient education tailored to learning needs and cultural background.
• Assists with injections, IV management, and related procedures.
• Participates in performance improvement and nursing research.
