Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for the Infusion Clinic to join our full-time team at Edward Hospital. This staff nurse will deliver compassionate care, develop care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, 1 year RN experience (oncology/infusion preferred), BLS/CPR, and IL licensure. Work Mon-Fri with some float to Plainfield; competitive pay plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 1 year RN experience required; 1 year oncology/infusion preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Illinois RN licensure required.
• OCN/ONS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care that identifies interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises diagnoses and interventions as needed.
• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data.
• Communicates plan of care to patient, family, physician and team; documents data.
• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on assessment.
• Assesses cultural background and teaching needs; modifies plan accordingly.
• Provides education on disease management and wound/ostomy/skin care as appropriate.
• Collaborates with peers, supports clinical education and professional development.
• Assists with injection of contrast, venipuncture, drug administration, O2 therapy and IV management.
