Endeavor Health's Northwest Community Hospital Infusion Center in Arlington Heights seeks an experienced Oncology Infusion Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate care and coordinate with the clinical team.

This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly with varied shifts Mon-Fri and occasional weekends; hourly pay ranges from $36.00 to $55.80, depending on expertise and experience; BLS and Illinois RN license required, OCN/ONS preferred or willing to obtain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• 1 year RN experience required; oncology/infusion experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR (American Heart Association) required.
• OCN/ONS certification required or willingness to obtain and enroll in course.
• Illinois RN Licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements plan of care to achieve expected outcomes.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises care plan as needed.
• Performs patient assessments and collects health data.
• Communicates care plan with patient/family and healthcare team; documents data.
• Provides disease management teaching and patient education as appropriate.
• Supports infection control and HIPAA compliance.
• Assists with administration of drugs and IV management.
• Participates in performance improvement and research activities.
