Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced Oncology Infusion Nurse for the Northwest Community Hospital Infusion Center in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role involves chairside patient care in our infusion clinic with several shift options and potential weekend coverage.

You will deliver compassionate nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing education and quality improvement to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 1 year RN experience required; oncology/infusion preferred.
• IL RN licensure required; BLS/CPR required; OCN/ONS certification or willingness.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises care as needed.
• Performs patient assessment and collects health data.
• Communicates plan of care to patient, family, and care team.
• Provides patient and family teaching on disease management.
• Assists with injection of contrast, venipuncture, IV management.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and research.
