UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for an onsite role in the Oncology/Infusion Pharmacy. The position is full-time with 80 hours per pay period and dayshift.

Compensation ranges from $57.50 to $80.50 per hour, dependent on experience. Responsibilities include ensuring medications are prescribed, accurately dispensed, and administered per best practices; counseling patients and caregivers; staying current with formulary changes and treatment protocols;

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• State licensure as a Pharmacist (and relevant life support certifications as required).

Mansioni

• Ensure medications are prescribed, accurately dispensed, and administered according to best practices.
• Provide drug information and counseling to patients and caregivers regarding medication use, accurate dosage, potential side effects, and administration instructions.
• Stay current with updated medication formularies, new drug therapies, treatment protocols, and emerging medical research through continuous professional development and clinical education.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate collaborative care to ensure optimal outcomes.
