Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an onsite Registered Nurse in Aurora, CO for the Cancer Center with a 72-hour pay period over two weeks. The role offers day shifts and a pay range of $33.61 to $52.10 per hour, dependent on experience. Requires RN licensure and BLS; ONC within 3 months of hire; 6 months of nursing experience; onsite only, no remote option.

Provides direct patient care using the nursing process within a fast-paced setting and collaboration across disciplines to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered/Professional Nursing program completion; RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition; coordinates across disciplines.
• Evaluates learning needs and provides education to patient/family.
• Competently delegates to ancillary personnel; may precept students/new hires.
• Work under pressure with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
