The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join the Cancer Immunotherapy Research & Clinical Translation (CIRCT) Program within the Division of Hematology/Oncology.

The CRC will perform independently to execute, manage, and coordinate research protocols under the Clinical Research Manager and PI, coordinating operations and data collection across several concurrent studies; oversee data

Qualifications

Experience in clinical research or related training in a clinical setting.
Familiarity with specimen processing or willingness to learn.
Ability to work with oncology patients and diverse populations.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple supervisors.
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Experience with data collection, databases, and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

Identify subjects, screen and enroll study subjects; prepare protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
Schedule visits, collect medical history, and administer questionnaires.
Maintain rapport with subjects to support retention and safety.
Oversee data entry, database management, and data integrity across studies.
Coordinate with study staff and affiliates to ensure patient safety and protocol adherence.
Assist with audits, training, and study-related regulatory tasks.
