Job summary

The Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center at UCSF Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join the Cancer Immunotherapy Research & Clinical Translation (CIRCT) Program within the Division of Hematology/Oncology.

The CRC will independently execute and manage protocols, coordinate data collection, and oversee study operations across sponsored, cooperative, and investigator-initiated trials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience/training.
• Experience in clinical research or related training in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with specimen processing or ability to learn in a lab environment.
• Ability to work with oncology patients.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of research concepts and biological sciences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple clinical studies and data management.
• Oversee data integrity and reporting on study results.
• Assist with regulatory documents and audits.
• Support training of Assistant CRCs and ensure compliance.
• Interface with departments to obtain approvals prior to study initiation.
• Maintain databases and comprehensive datasets.
