Job summary

UCSF Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to execute, manage, and coordinate research protocols under the Clinical Research Manager and PI. The role involves data collection, database management, and ensuring compliance with UCSF and regulatory policies.

You will interface with departments, oversee study data integrity, train CRC staff, and assist audits while prioritizing timely delivery of tasks in a fast-paced oncology research environment.

Qualifications

• HS graduation or equivalent experience.
• Experience in clinical research or related training.
• Familiarity with OnCore and MS Office; familiarity with databases.
• Excellent communication and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of biomedical sciences and research regulations.
• Ability to travel between UCSF campuses.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple clinical research studies under PI direction.
• Prepare data collection, manage databases, and generate reports.
• Coordinate staff schedules and train junior CRCs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and study integrity.
• Interface with departments and manage document filing.
• Assist with audits and reviews of study protocols.
• Report progress to investigators.
