UCSF is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to independently manage the administration of one or more clinical studies within the Cancer Immunotherapy Research & Clinical Translation (CIRCT) program. This role focuses on Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy (PICI) trials, with leadership responsibilities for coordination and compliance across diverse sponsors and centers.

The Senior CRC will oversee regulatory processes, enrollment, testing, contracts, budgets, and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Certification by SCRA or ACRP within one year of hire
• Significant project and clinical trial management experience including regulatory responsibilities
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and complex visit structures
• Experience with research contracts and grants and financial analysis

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and administer one or more clinical studies, including multicenter trials
• Lead or support other coordinators and research staff
• Ensure IRB approvals, regulatory compliance, and study testing
• Oversee study enrollment, recruitment strategies, and data quality
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations as needed
