RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Oncology Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. The role is part-time, night shift (7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.), 36 hours per week, with responsibilities across oncology units and related patient care areas.

The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in continuous improvement and Magnet-recognized care environments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• The RN provides nursing care within scope of practice and adheres to ethical standards.
• Maintains patient safety and uses evidence-based practice.
• Identifies safety issues and reports hazards or errors.
• Coordinates with the care team and delegates tasks appropriately.
