Job summary

Natera, a leader in cell-free DNA testing, seeks an Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) in Houston. This role emphasizes building relationships with key oncology accounts and ensuring patient adherence to testing protocols.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience in a medical setting, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant associate degree. The position offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission and comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background in oncology.
• Minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain & support existing customers.
• Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts.
• Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients remain on the prescribed protocol.
• Assess the needs of medical professionals with a focus on customer support.
• Educate medical professionals on Natera's resources for test order management.
