Job summary

Natera, Inc. is seeking an Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) to drive growth and support across Oncology products.

The role centers on ensuring patient adherence to testing protocols, optimizing clinical workflows, and enhancing patient outcomes within assigned accounts. You will cultivate relationships with medical professionals and internal partners to maximize test orders, retention, and unit growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background in oncology or a minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience

Responsibilities

• Grow, maintain and support existing oncology customers with COS
• Build relationships with key personnel at oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth
• Analyze patient testing to ensure adherence to prescribed protocols
• Assist medical professionals on tools and resources for test order management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize patient retention and order fulfillment
